Once again I got in contact with the supervisor and once again she hung up me. The customer service is very poor, I still have yet to receive my card and they will not let me transfer my funds to any account .Ive never been more pissed off . Is there any class action lawsuits against this company i feel like they are a scam and should be sued.

Ive been trying to get a replacement card for about 3 weeks now! The supervisor even hung up on me the customer service is very poor and at this point i just feel like they are holding my money.

Ive tried the over night shipping and the 1-2 business days and I still have yet to recieve my card.

As of this moment ive been on hold for an hour waiting to speak to a supervisor . Angry Angry
