My card was stolen 5 days ago.. called GCC to get replacement card.
Spent last 3 days repeatedly calling, faxing info.. NO RESPONSE except for Being on Hold for hours..
ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE!!
I have uploaded 5 & 6 pieces of documents to verify my identity without any response!!!
They keep saying they haven't received the paperwork!!!
If they are that desperate to hold on to everyone's money.. they should GO OUT OF BUSINESS
I have allerted Better Business Bureau.. Cosumer Protection Agency. & local news station!
Enough is enough... same guy answering customer service line & changing his name.
I am filing lawsuit!!
