The machine will not activate my card so I had to call customer service. I have been calling for hours and still no one has a answered. This is completely unheard of.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

I have been unable to access the login page of the website all day today. I just called, and the automated system is saying my card isn't a valid number Then it disconnects me after it says it's going to transfer me to a customer service representative. I just need to check my balance.

Yes, they are very unprofessional. Regardless of the issue, Global should be able to hire additional staff to address our concerns promptly.

There also should be better communication from the employer if they expect employees to continue working without pay.

Bottom line as of this writing, I have placed my phone to speaker phone for over an hour many times in the course of the past week without resolve. They don't answer and they just don't care.

My global cash card is not letting have my money from my daily pay it's showing up on my email but when I go to call my card and or use the card the money is not there and it still takes the amount that I tried to purchase and then charges me when the money hits my card so I'm getting charged for stuff that I'm not paying for now it's over a hundred and forty bucks that cash card Bank owes me

Trying to see why money is missing out my account and no one is answering the phone ive tried several numbers and no one is picking up.....quite upset and i see im not the only one obviously there's a problem and i dont see any progress....i just want my money back in my account

I have had $120 just magically removed from my acccount i been trying to call them for 3 days and been on hold for hours i cant believe this i need my money and they better answer soon or im gonna take this way farther then it has to go

This is horrible Iโ€™ve been calling for two days now and I wait on the phone for over 30 minutes and canโ€™t get ahold of anyone from customer service

I have been trying to reach them for 4 hours on and off. Finally after 25 minutes of holding SOMEONE PICKED UP THE CALL AND HUNG UP.

Meanwhile the card expired 2 months ago with $600 on it that I need. What a horrible company. Does anyone know how to handle this?

Maybe there's a different number? I tried 3 and I get the same recording.
