Got my direct deposit Friday morning or 571.00 woke up to 190$ missing. Instantly removed my remaining money off my card called and disputed the transaction.

They told me the money would be back by Saturday and nothing came... then Saturday night and nothing. Then Sunday the said โ€œfor sure it will be backโ€ and guess where Iโ€™m at now?? -76$!!

I have charges from Macyโ€™s in Atlanta a cell phone store in LA.. and a clothing store in Chicago! And they have the whole damn account locked!! Attempted to call and sat on hold for a whopping 4 hours and 18 minutes and still no one would answer.

Then I hung up and called back and sat for another 3 hours and still nothing it disconnected the damn call! YOU GUYS ARE THIEVES!!! Last week when all our deposits didnโ€™t hit you *** up all our accounts or had a data breach and arenโ€™t telling us!!

FRAUDS!! you wonโ€™t even answer the phone to own up to your ***

Where did you get this address qnd email from? On the site there is no email and the address for complaints is a po box.. and in san dimas, CA...??

I really understand that situation, i am a customer service representative and today i started working at 12 PM and i started with all the energy to solve some card issues (i know there's TOOO many mistakes un that Cards). But, doing muy job, we receive some information about the money missing from all the accounts.

It was a disaster going everyday explaining the situation with the money, i know the people it's right know so pissed and i understand that situation, i hope every single cent it's going to all the card holders Oh, and everyday we have a 40 minutes queue. And we have 3 customer service Offices located in south Carolina, Cali, Colombia (i'm from that office and Philipines.

I want my money . I'm missing 150 and I'm bout to get my check direct deposit in my account . I wouldnt mind going to jail blowing off the heads of ppl that work for that company behind my money
