After waiting on hold for 20 mins to talk to somebody, the lady who answered pretended like she couldn't hear me, asked if I was still there and before I could even reply she promptly hung up. Because she hung up I had to wait another 20 minutes to talk to someone else who seemed like they hated their job and was annoyed that I called in to ask questions about missing money on my card. I recommend new people be hired to help and or replace the current customer sevice reps.
