I want my money back soon as possible! The manager said that the card is ready for shipping but then suddenly, he emailed to me that DHL won't ship debit cards!
At the first place you should know first before telling your customers ! I just paid $180 for expenses.
Until now, they're still quite about my complaint! I want my money back!

I recently recieved a charge card through my job and am having some trouble activating it. I called all the numbers and the automated voice said i cant activate my card until i create an account.

I paid for the order in Shein for 65.05$ and wanted to make another order in Shein. But my card became locked
My card got scamed and i lost my entire paycheck on payday, that was 7 days ago I still have not recieved a replacement card and can not access my new paycheck. How do they expect me to eat?
I waited 30 days for an answer and my money refunded. I had no response.
from disputes@***.com via email. I was unable to sign on to the Wisely website. I then called the number on the back of the old Globalcashcard who informed me that although he could not tell me anything about outcome he did tell me that the case was closed the same day I sent my fraud statement by email which was the 17th of May and they were supposed to send me a letter by mail. He then asked if he could request another letter to be sent.
I said yes and confirmed address. Today is June 29th 4 days shy of two months and I have received nothing from them. No letter and No Money . I did everything as fast as I could.
I notified them same day as theft, I signed the fraud statement. They are legally responsible to pay me. They are federally insured for the loss but some politician got payed off at some point and the rich credit card company who knows it must pay has 90 days to do so and apparently intends to go the max amount of time . When that loss of $323.00 I am still struggling with behind on rent.
I am pretty sure the vast majority of their payroll debit cards are people like me making minimum wage living from check to check and it hurts losing one of those weeks pay.
I informed my HR dept/Payroll and they are of no help. I try to forget about it because when I do it turns my stomach and makes me ill that they can get away with this.
I understand the necessity of investigation to determine what I disputed is true. But not to get a replacement card in a weeks time is nuts.
We are in the same state. They give no option to go to a brick and motor location to get funds to feed myself from what was stolen or my new paycheck issued today.

Make a plane is it charged me three times a dollar and took my money and that's all I had was I was three $50 I don't want it put back on my card
