Since I changed my cellphone number and I lost my User ID AND PASSWORD, can I still use my Global Cash Card? I have brother working at Seaman. Can he send Money Transfer from United State Bank thru Global Cash Card Debit VISA?
Why can’t I withdrawal my money at an atm?
I have money on my account and every time I call it says it’s in my balance and it’s available but every time I try to use my card at a store or at an atm it gets declined and I have no idea why. I know my pin so I know that isn’t the problem.

I been waiting on customer service for 2 hours finally got thru to someone and then they hung up on me and didn’t even call back I was calling for a Replacement Card so I could get paid I work for ( Alliance Industrial Solutions) .
When did the system update begin for the global cash card?
I called and spoke to customer service today and they told me my account was affected by the system update they are doing and that put my account in the negative when I have a decent amount of money in there and the customer service person even confirmed that I did indeed had money in my account. My tax check was deposited to global bank on 27 febuary. It is the 4 of March and my check is still not showing. Why bother to upgrade if it will take 2 extra weeks for my check should of done it through the mail

According to the Global Cash Card FAQ, you can deposit funds onto your card at any MoneyGram or Western Union locations in the United States as well as deposit a check with Ingo Money.
I called this number and after being on hold for an hour I got busy sound and then the phone was hung up in my face this isnt a solution you all need to get o your jobs and fix these problems
