I tried to go online to check my balance.forgot password call to have it reset.because i didnt know my ladt 3 transactions i got locked out .so had to send info to get it unlocked that was yesterday.still has not be reveiwed and unlocked.no customer service reps in the USA to help or will not connect me to one .i have been with them 6 years and no problem .till now..no happy.
