I am an attorney working for a client Richard Ham****** I have received a complaint, that he has reached out to global cash card services over 11 times I have seen the call logs to show for it and the times on the call logs how long the calls have lasted he had been hung up on several times and at this point I am willing to move forward with a. Lawsuit against metabank if this issue is not resolved and my client is not reached out to he has provided his phone number and has disputes to file when his card was stolen , you are fdic insured this is metabank responsibility if no further action is taken a lawsuit will be filed under section c. Clause i This action will be taken by Morgan and Morgan law offices PA Please contact my client to get his issue resolved this lawsuit will total several times over what his disputed request is thank you have a nice day
