The supervisor is kind and knowledgeable. They quickly emailed me after my review, and handled my issue. I’d still avoid the GCC app, as it definitely needs to be reviewed/fixed.

I have called everyday, twice a day, for 1 week. I was on hold for as long as 30 minutes, and in one instance they picked up the call and hung up.
This card company is so shady and difficult to use, the app is garbage. They need to be sued.
