I have an issue with my account..There was a purchase at McDonald’s after I swiped my card it did Nied it I end up paying in cash for my mail and later found out McDonald’s transaction went through while checking my account balance and then went back to McDonald’s the manager and me swipe the card again to refund my money for $10.09 and still haven’t received it in my account I need help

Sorry I will not call any Global cash card numbers because no one ever pick up those phone.. it is ridiculous Global cash card customer service sucks
