I did a dispute on my card and the company reversed the charges. Global Cash Card still has not credited my account for the funds and it has been more than 70 days.

I have talked to countless people and they refuse to help. It's like they are holding on to my money for their purposes. Please do not use this company or this card. There are other companies who are in the same business as Global Cash Card.

Please use another one of those companies. They had me go back to the merchant several times.

Verizon sent me all kinds of proof that they reversed the charge and issued a credit to their bank and Global still would not release my funds. Worse case of customer service ever.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $353.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Customer service and empathy.

Guys...Let's inundate the FDIC with calls about them. I'll be in touch with the National News in the meantime to see if they will investigate.


Same here. So far they are hanging onto @40.00 dollars of mine. I will see if I get the other I disputed.


That's part of the problem.. after you call customer service and WAIT ON HOLD FOR 25 MINUTES, they spend 30 seconds with you and xfer you to to ext701 for dispute department, where you wait again ON ANOTHER 25 minute hold... ultimately getting no answers and no help!

My husband also complained that we were getting disconnected on purpose and I said surely a company would not do this to a customer but maybe he is correct.
