I have had an account with global cash card since 2017 and I don't have the debit card for this account anymore. I don't remember if it got lost, if it expired or if i threw it away because i stopped working at the temp service that payed me through this card.
I am trying to login to my account now but it says my password is invalid and will not let me reset it unless I have the card number, which I do not have anymore. I never got any notification about my account being changed to wiselypay or mywisely, so I am assuming I still have this account.
Also my credit monitoring service says I have money in this account that I was not aware was in there. I cannot figure out how to log back in, and now I locked my account trying to login.

My name is rose hughes my money was taken from my card about a mouth ago. I don't know the day I know it was in September I have disputed this matter I have been trying to get help from cash global to get my money back.
they only gave me a number to a Western Union company and then they sent me a letter saying that they was not going to credit me my money back. my money was stolen the car was lost and I'm trying to get help to get my money back someone please help me I feel riped off and I'm not getting any real help or information.

I lost my card and then I ordered a new one they had no history and their system saying that I ordered the card then when I called about the card they still didn't send me a card then $392 was transferred to a Western Union company they couldn't tell me where the money went they couldn't give me no information on the money they couldn't give me a tracking number so I can get the money from the Western Union company then they sent me a letter saying that they would not credit me my money back and I have five children I'm a CNA nurse I live alone I don't have time for anyone stealing my money cash global did not help me in any way and still not helping me and I wrote them letters stating that I want to open the case back up

Per your screenshot, there is no transaction for the amount you are referencing, therefore, there would be no credit applied. The reversal of the transaction is not going to reflect on the account as it was never posted to the account in the first place.

The amount of $34.03 was never charged to your account which is why there was a reversal as it was never posted to the account. If the amount was actually charged to your Global Cash Card, you would see a transaction in that amount. We are not able to credit your account for a transaction that never posted. The reversal in the amount of 34.03 means that that amount was never deducted from your account.

Thank you for that clarification. There was a reversal in the amount of 34.03 in the Visa system which means the funds were placed back into your account. You would not see that as a transaction on your transaction history because it technically did not clear as it was reversed. If you have any additional questions, feel free to reach out to me .
