Global cash card locked my card over fraudulent charges and I have emailed them over and over again and I have called over and over again and each time I am on hold for hours and my past three emails nobody has answered me, I have funds on my card that I need access to and I have a paycheck about to drop and I need to buy food and necessities but I can not do it because they have locked my card and donโt know how to answer someone. Their costumer service is truly ridiculous and unprofessional.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Where you able to get your card unlocked??? Its been almost a week for us and its just a waiting game.
Documents still in review. And I have money in card!!
