I have been on hold all morning and the system will not allow me to activate my replacement card. this has been the third time that I habr reached out with no reply.
The customer service is a joke. I hang up after fifteen minutes, but some people can be on hold for an hour with nothing.
you have my money and it is almost a criminal level of apathy that thiscompany to that fact that your company shows. please answer!
