I woke up to check my account today and I was greeted with that error message

Well my card was turned off and they sent my new one to a old address but fail to check my address had changed they mailed the card to my old address now I'm sending personal info to them and this operator is blatantly lieing about what I sent. They need to train them operators on their prompts soon.
i tried To activate my card today and my pay was on the card. Somehow now my card is in active
Currently attempting to get back $1000 that was never refunded to my account. It is now 12 days later after they promised to refund the money in 5 days times.
Will never use a card service again.
If I hadn’t called they would be happy to keep my money. Makes me wonder how many others are getting ripped off without even knowing it.
Global cash card is the worst, I didn’t even sign up with them, staffing agency I went through took it upon themselves to sign me up to this horrible company.Cannot retrieve any information on my statement history,have called numerous times to customer service to tell them my situation of being unable to access my account info,can’t wait to pull all my money out and onto somewhere else more reputable
I've been trying for 2 days to take money off my card after i got paid but something is wrong with your system. No ATM will work. What's the problem?

Same here. I keep getting the same error message which made me Google it to see if anyone else was having the same problem which is seems like many others are. Horrible service global cash card.
Cant check my account. Got same error as previous post.
If you try and check balance at atm you will get a charge. Customer service takes forever to connect to and for the most part are a pain to deal with.
Had problem one time with direct deposit not being released and spoke with 4 different reps who couldn't help me. Finally after calling a 5th time got connected to an awesome rep who got my money released in 10 minutes.
Same I can't login either. I'll be switching to direct deposit.
I should have done that in the first place. This is such an inconvenience.
