This is the worst place ever to try to have some *** handle my money. The CSR's are the most incompitant i have ever come across at any establishment in my life.

If you ask to speak to a supervisor they put you on hold and it automatically hangs the phone after 10 minutes of waiting. They know it is going to hang up on their consumers who are waiting to speak to a supervisor and still let it happen. I have had this card for 4 years now and the problems i have had with this company is absolutely insane. They kept sending me new cards because the one i had i couldnt swipe so i'd have to wait for the card to come in the mail for about 2 weeks.

When i got the cards and tried to swipe them to use them the cards would never work. The cards were not good I played the replacement card game about 5 or 6 times before trying to contact the CEO of this company. Trying to call a corporate office for this place is impossible. They have made it *** near impossible for you to get a hold of anyone important who might be able to make something go right.

This has to the *** establishment i have ever dealt with in my life. If i could meet a Global Cash Card employee I'd probably kick one right in the *** throat.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Fire the majority of the incompitant employees you have and start all over with new ones who have to have a certain IQ to answer a phone and answer scripted questions. More quality on your employees and definitely more training. CSR's hanging up on consum.
