I've called 5 times and waiting for a duration of 10 minutes each! This is unacceptable! If customer service is opened 24/7, I shouldn't need to wait this long to talk to someone to just activate my card!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Poor service, Incompetent employees who cant call back after disconnect.
