Bad Customer Service

Poor customer service. They take literally for ever to answer and when they finally do, they hang up on you.

I work for a company that uses the service for the employees and 100 word that they allow for the review are not enough to describe the issues with Global. I do not recommend anyone to use Global Cash Card.

They block the cards after 3 attempts if you use an incorrect pin number for identity protection which is good, but good luck in trying to fix the issue because they will ask you to fax a copy of your id and it does not meter how many times you fax it. They will said that they did not get it, so prepare to be without money for indefinite time.

I have seen a lot of comments like this and it seems like the fees and access are big problems. I am wondering if more employers don't realize how bad this program is and what they expose their employees to.

Its a shame temp agencies use thus card for employment. My card has been locked for 4 days now and i have 5 different emails to different people at glibal cash card to provd my identity. None has recieved my emails and no emails came back as email not found. On top of it all unless you have hours to spend on the phone good luck getting thru to customer service. So far and counting i have had to borrow money till i get this figured out and gain access back to my account...my money!

This is the worst card ever !! Every time my paycheck is deposited onto my card theres always money that goes missing and customer service cant seem to explain where my money is ! Theyve locked my card on two different occasions and its taken me more than a week to get cistomer servive on the phone i dont reccomend this card to anyone

THIS COMPANY GCC IS ***

THIS message has nothing to do with client support but instead i am horribly disatisfied GCC Its *** i can no longer access info online to check what has been coming off my card and you so called Service represenatives are *** im tired of the *** directory choices like *** seriously why isnt there an easier way to recover my account you guys made the most complicated pile of *** poor excuse of an acess system for ones financial statements im satisfid with my money coming in but tierd of the fact i cant check on transactions anymore this IS GARBAGE IVE WASTED 3 HOURS TRYING TO FIND A MORE SIMPLE WAY TO RECOVER MY ACCOUNT BUT EVRYTIME I TRY IT SAYS "Sorry your account cannot be found" even after multiple spell checks...

I spoke with Carolina at ext 228 who refused to give me his employee number or rep number. Very rude! I also spoke with a female prior to him who was very rude and kept threatening to block my card! While he was on the call! Very unprofessional, not helpful at all! I will contact my employer who I work hr for and will see that we get another card versus this ***! Please hire people that speak English and not only speak it but can comprehend it!

This is the most unprofessional company i have ever delt with Someone made a transaction for a light bill payment i advised while in PENDING status that this want me and the address the bill is for is different they advised that they couldn't cancel it and i had to wait until it goes through to do anything. Of they didn't have it when i called to advise that this wasn't me why give it to them and take me your customer through all of this.. As soon as it's straightened out.. I will be canceling ALL business with this company... Then the 30-1 hour hold times don't help either

Im cancelling my sevices too, i called and customer service was really disrespectful and unprofessional and hanged up the phone on me for no reason after asking me 3 times whats my full name and birthday! I called again to be on hold for another 40 minutes, i was told since i moved i had to change my address in order to receive a new card, i changed my address and called again for a new card and i was told they sent 1 to my old address, i asked if they can send 1 to my current address and now i have to copy and fax a picture of my id and a utility thats under my name of my current address, well i dont have a utility bill under my name where i live and since i dont now im *** out of luck in getting a new one!

Well i guess they can be happy with 1 less customer. I ENCOURAGE EVERYBODY TO STAY AWAY FROM GLOBAL CASH CARD, IF YOUR JOB GIVES YOU ONE FOR PAYROLL PURPOSES PLEASE GET ANOTHER ONE SO YOU DONT HAVE TO GO THRU THE HASSLE TOO!!!

I've been through 2 cards with this company , the third card I just use to get money deposited on payday & *** all money ASAP .

I've had my cards be charged a couple times on both of the two cards , mind you after they sent me a new card after the first time it happened , I STILL wasn't safe & was experiencing fraudulent activity on that card as well . I filed the discrepancy form like they asked & now it's a wait game .

The first time it happened , I received my money back in about a week , the second time , was a bigger amount , and I'm still waiting for information on if I'll even get my money back , they say it can take up to 6 months . It wasn't "a lot" of money but it was MINE so of course I want it back .

The fact that I had one card with such activity was shocking , but for TWO ?? At different times ? By the SAME people/company or whoever ? It's like GCC doesn't even TRY to keep our info safe . So be aware with the use of this card , after the second card issue , they sent another & like I said , I receive my pay & *** all my money within the couple of hours it's deposited .

I work for a company called SOS security . I honestly started to believe that it was an inside job , because there's NO way anyone could have my information except my boss . I don't know if it was just me having issues with my card but either way it was just horrible .

I work for a bank and I must say that this company is beyond the worst company's hi have ever dealt with. I am still waiting for almost 3 hours waiting for them to answer my call.

I have called once they told me to call back to see if they received my fax an HOUR what company takes that long????

I finally get through to them and they hang up on me TWICE...the customers I have are hard working people and for them not to answer my call is just simply rude I do not recommend this card company to any corporate or business. The last "business professional" was George ridiculous!!!!
